I noticed "they" tore down the shelter across from the courthouse/jail. Does anyone know if they have a new location or did they just do away with it all together?
Not that I'm looking for a place to stay or anything.

Doesn't the church on third street give out free meals? Wasn't that another 'draw' for the homeless? If they want them out of downtown, will they have to relocate that too?
Is that why Vets park is fenced off too? Keep the junkies out until the 4th? Just open it up on special events or something? -
